Initiate Your Request

Log into your PTC Shop account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
